The challenge
Before working with me, MBS Cleaning faced several digital challenges that hindered its growth. Their website worked but felt dated, loaded slowly, and sat on a platform that held back performance. Slow speeds hurt search visibility, and the design didn’t align with the professionalism of their brand, which eroded trust with potential clients.
Their SEO setup was weak. With no real keyword plan or content structure, they ranked for only one term, leaving competitors to capture nearly all local search traffic.
Digital marketing efforts were minimal. Their Google My Business profile had little local optimization, and they weren’t appearing in map results. Tracking was thin, so they couldn’t see which actions brought leads or delivered value.
They also had no inbound follow‑up system. Without a CRM or automated responses, many prospects slipped through the cracks while competitors used stronger funnels to stay top‑of‑mind.
MBS Cleaning had a solid offline reputation, but their digital presence wasn’t built to support consistent, long-term growth.
