Revamping BSH Turkey’s Website Experience

BSH Hausgeräte GmbH, Europe’s leading home appliance manufacturer, emerged from a 1967 joint venture between Robert Bosch GmbH and Siemens AG. In 2022, BSH achieved 15.9 billion euros in sales, underscoring their dedication to innovation and customer satisfaction.

When I collaborated with BSH, I saw the need to enhance their website’s performance to boost user satisfaction and conversion rates. Although traffic was high, conversion rates fell short, necessitating a careful approach to maintain indexed content while improving user engagement.

An audit revealed a dated backend hindering front-end functionality. Rather than applying quick fixes, I focused on creating a solid foundation for an engaging user experience to drive conversions on BSH Turkey’s platform.

I developed a custom website to improve connections with relevant departments, raising conversion rates. By employing a data-driven approach, I identified and addressed areas for improvement over a year. My redesign and SEO optimization efforts led to a 15 percent increase in lead generation for BSH Group Turkey.
