Fuller Insurance Agency approached me with several digital performance challenges. Although the website attracted a steady number of visitors, most traffic was unqualified and failed to convert. Weak SEO was a significant factor—many pages competed for the same terms, leading to content cannibalization and poor search rankings.
The site also lacked strategic keyword targeting, leaving valuable search opportunities untapped. User experience issues compounded the problem, with slow page load times, confusing navigation, and poor internal linking that discouraged engagement and hindered search engine indexing.
Conversion performance was another key weakness. Calls to action were poorly placed, forms were overly complicated, and design elements did not effectively guide users to inquiries or quote requests.
