



The challenge
London Psychiatry Clinic came to me with several digital challenges. Their site had no clear structure and ranked poorly in search, which limited visibility in a competitive healthcare space. Confusing navigation made it difficult for patients to locate services or understand the clinic’s strengths.
The site was not built for conversions. Lead forms were underused, user paths felt inconsistent, and many visitors dropped off before booking. Slow load times, limited scalability, and an outdated look further weakened trust and credibility.
These gaps created internal friction too, since the team struggled to update content or manage inquiries. Altogether, this slowed growth, reduced search reach, and made it harder to attract and convert new patients.
