Before working with me, Answer Air Services faced several issues that limited digital growth. Their lead flow depended on word‑of‑mouth, which made scaling difficult even though their service quality was strong. Competitors with active digital campaigns gained far more attention online, leaving them with limited visibility.
Their website had weak SEO, low rankings for commercial HVAC searches in Sydney, slow performance, and minimal structure. Mobile usability was poor, which reduced enquiry rates.
They also had no PPC system in place, missing opportunities to reach high‑intent clients searching for air conditioning services. Traffic stayed low and inconsistent.
On social platforms, Facebook and Instagram had little activity, limited engagement, and very few posts that reflected the brand’s expertise. Competing companies with active, polished profiles looked more established and attracted more interest.
