They needed to speak to two groups: homeowners seeking trust and personal service, and businesses seeking efficiency and reliability. Their messaging had to connect with both clearly.
User experience needed improvement—the new site needed to guide visitors toward bookings and inquiries without clutter. Visibility remained low because they had no SEO strategy in place, leaving them almost invisible online.
