The challenge
Before working with me, iSmile Dental Spa had trouble bringing in steady new patients. Their website was outdated, not mobile‑friendly, insecure, and difficult for search engines to crawl, which made it nearly invisible online.
They had major content gaps. Important services such as sedation dentistry and periodontal care had no optimized pages, so they couldn’t highlight their strengths or compete with nearby practices.
Technical issues made things worse. The site had broken links, missing metadata, incomplete titles, and crawl errors. They didn’t rank in the top 10 for any meaningful search terms.
Local visibility was weak. Their NAP details didn’t match across platforms, citations were limited, reviews were hard to find, and their Google Business Profile wasn’t supporting visibility. Social proof was almost nonexistent.
They weren’t running ads, had no video content, and missed out on high‑intent searches like “dentist near me.”
Even with excellent clinical care, they had no digital system to support growth and averaged only 1–2 online patients a month.
