Next Gen Shutters approached me with major digital hurdles. Their website looked outdated, was hard to navigate, and did not effectively communicate their strengths as a family‑owned business competing with larger brands.
Their search presence was almost nonexistent. With no structured SEO or localized landing pages, they failed to appear for customers searching across Kent, losing steady lead opportunities.
The design added friction. Calls to action lacked impact, and the inquiry forms had too many steps, resulting in low conversion rates. Past PPC efforts were either poorly run or missing, leaving them unable to capture fast demand in a competitive market.
Even with strong service quality and a solid reputation, the absence of a focused digital strategy limited their reach, visibility, and ability to turn visitors into inquiries.
