Before working with me, BSH Turkey’s website struggled with usability and performance issues, despite a strong brand authority that drove steady traffic. Many visitors left without meaningful engagement or conversions.
An outdated backend created bottlenecks that slowed performance and limited frontend improvements. This made updates difficult for developers and created a poor user experience. On the frontend, navigation lacked clarity, making it hard for customers to find information or reach the correct department.
BSH needed to maintain strong SEO rankings, yet the weak on-site experience held conversions down. The poor funnel structure gave visitors few clear paths to take action.
